The 6-session pass is valid for 30 days, and the 12-session pass is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
After this period, we will not be able to take into account any remaining sessions.

Please arrive on time!
Time is valuable, so we ask everyone to reschedule or cancel their booked appointment at least 24 hours before the service begins. In this case, we will find another suitable time free of charge, but please note that we may not always be able to offer a new appointment within the next few days. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will charge 100% of the service price, which must be settled at the next appointment.
For those with a pass, the session will be deducted!
Exceptions are made for illness or personal emergencies.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment, as the appointment time is the start time of the training, and you need time to change clothes and, if desired, use the cream we provide.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, as this would affect the next guest's session and the quality of our service. Therefore, please call if you know you will be late to avoid inconvenience.
Please note that being unaware of the rules does not exempt you from following them!
